Step 1: Clean the treatment area, and use a razor to shave off the hair in need of care. Make sure your skin is compleletly dry before applying the device.

Step 2: Connect the power cord to the adapter, and insert the plug into a power outlet.

Step 3: Short press the On-Off button on the side of the host to turn on the device.
The product has five intensity levels, press ON/OFF to adjust the intensity level, the higher the level, the greater the energy, the faster the effect. At first, it is suggested to start from level 1, and it can be gradually strengthened to the desired effect.

Step 4: Goggle up to protect your eyes.

Step 5: Place the light outlet on the skin to be treated and apply it vertically.

The hair removal sensor light will light up to indicate that it is fully in contact. Press the flash button to start the hair removal process. If the white light is not turned on, it means that the lamp head is not completely attached to the skin, and the instrument will not emit light.

Step 6: After hair removal is complete, press and hold the On-Off button for 1 to 2 seconds to turn off the device (never pull the plug without turning off the machine to avoid damage).

Yes, we recommend that you shave the treatment area before using your handset. Shaving the hair to the appropriate length will help IPL effectively focus on the hair follicles.

Use 3 times a week during first month;
Use 2 times a week during second and third month;
Use once every half or one month after third month;

The Ice-Cooling patent technology feature cools the skin before, during, and after the IPL treatment to reduce discomfort and protect the skin from damage.

You can use your handset on any part of your body, including your Brazilian (Bikini area) and face. But please do not use around the eyes (use only below cheekbones)

Our IPL is not suitable for the ‘inner parts of the bikini area. Therefore you should never use it on the labia minora, vagina, scrotum, or anus.

To prevent discomfort, we advise you to treat the bikini area, inner thighs, and buttocks from the lowest intensity level, as the skin in these areas can be more sensitive.

We would generally recommend the age range for IPL-use to be 15 and above, and this is because body hair becomes mature at this age. Some follicles mature at a younger age. Therefore whether or not to use IPL will depend on the user. We recommend anyone under 18 gain approval from their parents or have consulted a specialist (cosmetician or dermatologist) before using our products.

There are numerous benefits from storing your products in a colder environment - from prolonging the shelf life of products, allowing for deeper penetration of skincare to calming and soothing inflamed skin conditions.

Products that would benefit from colder surrounds in your beauty fridge might have active ingredients (Retinoids, Vitamin C), are lower in preservatives or preservative free, sheet masks, beauty tools, probiotics or nail polish!

Our main focus was to eliminate the need to run downstairs or across the kitchen to get your serums and masks.

For most of us, our skincare routine is when we get to unwind, relax and treat ourselves.

All the Beauty Fridge from COOSEON® is fairly quiet, with noise levels around 24-28 decibels.

If you are a light sleeper, it is recommended not to place it next to your bed, but preferably in the bathroom, dressing room or other corner of the bedroom.

You can google what 28db sounds like for a good comparison!

Always check the list of ingredients on the product to ensure that you can refrigerate it in the refrigerator.

Do not use your COOSEON® skincare for anything other than food or skincare products to avoid cross contamination and bacteria.

Almost any product that is liquid- or gel-based can be kept in a cosmetics cooler. Avoid storing oil-based products in your mini beauty fridge, because they can congeal or get chunky (which is not pleasant). You should also keep any powder-based cosmetics or those with high wax content (e.g. lipsticks, certain foundations or concealers) at room temperature in a dry area.

Unlike conventional household refrigerators, cosmetic refrigerators operate on the principle of thermoelectric cooling (Peltier), eliminating the need for compressors and refrigerants.

They are environmentally friendly, free of ozone-depleting substances, and quiet enough.

All COOSEON® Mni Beauty Fridges have two power supply lines, one for 110V AC Power Cord and one for 12V DC Power Cord.

Our LED Lighted Beauty Mini Fridge uses a 110V AC Power Cord in your home and a 12V DC Power Cord through a cigarette lighter in your car, RV, or boat.

COOSEON® Makeup Fridges Have Heating and Cooling Setting both.

The Makeup Fridges can cool down to 40ºF-50ºF (4ºC-10ºC) at 77˚F ambient or heat up to 104ºF-122ºF (40ºC-50ºC) with the ease of a switch.

The Makeup Fridges will begin cooling as soon as it is plugged in and may take up to 30 minutes to cool/heat to its minimum/max temperature.

Before using, turn the unit on cold or heat setting and wait 30 minutes for testing before putting any product into The Makeup Fridges.

The COOSEON® mini beauty fridge is not suitable for the following products.
- Oils
- Balms
- clay masks
- Sunscreens
- Thick creams that may contain oil-based products
- Other serums depending on their formulation

We do not recommend storing decorative cosmetics in the beauty mini chiller (except in the summer heat), or products containing oil.

Due to cooling, these products can change their structure and deteriorate.

As COOSEON® Beauty Fridge is categorised as a small electronic appliance, the energy star rating system does not apply.

All of the COOSEON® Beauty Fridge uses only 0.5/kWh of power per day. To give an example, an average household toaster will use around 1.37/kWh when in use.

A little condensation is normal and easy to deal with.

Sometimes you may notice a little condensation in your beauty refrigerator in the form of frost or drops of water. This is normal and is best wiped clean with a clean soft cloth.

Condensation is caused by the presence of humidity or moisture and is influenced by factors such as the temperature or humidity of your surroundings, location, and the temperature of the item before it was placed in the refrigerator.

Unlike your kitchen refrigerator, your beauty refrigerator is thermoelectric and does not actively remove moisture from the air.

To minimize condensation, we recommend that you
- Keep your beauty refrigerator in a cool, dry place, away from heat or direct sunlight.
- Leave a 10 cm (4") clearance at the back of the refrigerator for optimal ventilation.
- Close the door of your beauty refrigerator when not in use.
- If you use the cold setting, avoid placing hot or warm items in the beauty refrigerator.
- Clean your beauty fridge regularly with a clean soft cloth

Dairy products and fresh foods can be refrigerated for a short period of time.

Long-term storage of perishable items is not recommended.

About the Medications, please check the label of any medications, vitamins, prebiotics and probiotics for the recommended temperature for safe storage.

The ideal temperature for all skin care products is 50°F (10°C) and it is recommended that they not be refrigerated at lower temperatures.

- Use the 50°F(10°C) mode for all your skincare products, beauty tools and masks.

- A warmer setting of 65°F (18°C) is recommended for masks and beauty tools only (e.g. facial rollers, shaving, etc.).

First, the temperature range. Just like high temperatures, low temperatures can have an adverse effect on cosmetics and damage their structure.

As a rule, manufacturers recommend storing cosmetics at a temperature of +10 to +15 degrees.

Home refrigerators keep the temperature at +3 degrees.

Second, cosmetic refrigerators work thermoelectrically, without compressors and refrigerants.

All prices stated on our website exclude VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs fees. Any customs or import duties is charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of your order as our warehouse uses automatic systems that can not be stopped once an order is placed. This is to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.

All COOSEON® Skincare Mini Fridge Limited Warranty covers your product against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought them, provided that the product is used in a home environment.

Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, failures due to abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
