COOSEON® has a 1-year warranty for anything that may go wrong with your items, please refer to the below instructions on how to submit a warranty claim or contact us at support@cooseon.com for any warranty inquiries.

If you think your product is defective and you require a replacement, repair, or refund, simply follow these instructions:

  • Email:support@cooseon.com with a sentence about the defect + video/photo evidence attached, Order Number, and delivery address.
  • Once approved, send back your product as directed with all original contents it came with to the address we provide. A replacement, repair, or refund of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one
  • You have 12 months from the date of the original order to process a warranty application.

Note: Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that will receive your returned item, depending on where you live the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach vary.
